1. Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Solisa Creative Studio - founded by Elisa Kleinbichler - based in Berlin, Germany. By working with us, booking a service, or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms.
2. Bookings & Payment
A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure your project start date. The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment plan or upon completion of the project.
We accept payments via bank transfer or other methods as specified. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds are given for completed work or unused services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You also agree to review and approve work in a timely manner.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all materials you provide. Upon full payment, you will own the final website design, branding assets, and other deliverables.
Solisa Creative Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions & Maintenance
The number of design revisions included will be outlined in your proposal. Additional changes may be subject to extra charges.
Ongoing maintenance is not included unless specified. Clients are responsible for managing their website post-launch (unless otherwise agreed).
7. Third-Party Services
- Domain registration
- Showit subscription
- Premium fonts, stock photos, or plugins
8. Limitation of Liability
- Issues caused by third-party tools or platforms
- Client delays or lack of communication
- Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
11. Severability Clause
Should any individual provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The ineffective clause shall be replaced with one that comes closest in legal and economic terms to the original intention.
Solisa Creative Studio offers web design, branding, and digital marketing services. Details for each project are outlined in individual proposals and contracts. Scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon before any work begins.
